About Us

Specialized in all facets of the overhead and garage door industry in the Bay area since 1988.  Owner Jack McIntyre is well known for his ability to remedy difficult overhead garage door situations. His knowledge, skills, and over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial overhead doors has helped many customers with their garage door projects.

Hi-Tensile Steel, steel or alumunum Carriage House or all glass, faux wood overlay, and real Copper garage doors come standard in a wide variety of colors, panel designs, and window selections.

Over 200 sizes are standard and custom sizes are available.

History

Established in 1988

Jack McIntyre, owner of Garage Doors Unlimited, started working in the residential and commercial overhead door industry in 1975. After working for Martin Door Mfg. in installations, service, and sales for 13 years, Jack relocated to the Bay area and opened Garage Doors Unlimited.  We our known throughout the industry for providing the highest quality of products available along with superior craftsmanship of installations and service.  Garage Doors Unlimited has received numerous awards from Martin Door Mfg. including "National Dealer of the Year" and was featured on HGTV's cable network show "Curb Appeal".
